Who are you beyond your roles, your history and the ideas you have learned to hold about yourself?
This individual session begins with what matters to you now. Together, we explore the feelings, beliefs and questions surrounding your experience of life, death or loss.
The process may include reflective conversation, guided awareness and, where appropriate and freely chosen, regressive hypnosis. Your beliefs and boundaries are respected throughout.
How we work together
Begin with what is here
We talk about what brings you, what feels difficult and what you hope to explore.
Make space to explore
I guide you through a process suited to you, with time to notice feelings, question familiar stories and reflect on your experience.
Bring understanding into life
We consider what the session means for you and how you might carry it into your relationships, choices and everyday life.
You can pause, ask questions or stop at any time.
Your dignity is already yours.
Soul’s Dignity begins with respect for the person beyond their roles, achievements, age or circumstances.
The word “soul” offers space to explore your deepest sense of being whatever that means to you.
You do not need a particular faith, a belief in an afterlife or certainty about who you are. This is a space to listen, question and discover meaning for yourself.
Sessions offer personal and spiritual exploration. They do not replace medical or mental health care, establish the factual accuracy of hypnotic experiences, or promise contact with someone who has died.
